About Me
I have been involved in audiobook production for almost 10 years. A graduate of the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences, I started in the industry as an editor and then spent several years as an in-studio director. As I learned more about what makes a great audiobook, I studied to become a mastering engineer as well (thanks Jorge!)
To date I have mastered over 1,000 audiobooks currently for sale on Audible. For the past few years I have worked as the production coordinator and casting director for Deyan Audio, while also freelancing as a mastering engineer and consultant for home narrators and authors.
As the industry has changed a great deal over the last few years, I am always on the lookout for new methods and technologies that can improve the production process for all involved and lead to fantastic, immersive experiences for the listener.
The purpose of this site is to help pioneer methods with which top tier clients can successfully team up with home studio narrators. I hope to help narrators and authors alike better understand the audiobook production process in service of these goals.
